THE WEERAI MUSIC VIDEO:  “I’M TIRED” BY MIDDLEPOET

“I’m Tired” is a hip-hop inspired down-tempo track based on Middlepoet’s poem “Things that are getting on my nerves”, which relates to the thoughts of American’s who are fed up with the constant struggle just to get by.  This music video takes place in Hudson County, New Jersey, one of the most densely populated regions of the United States.  Take a closer look, and it’s an homage to downtown Jersey City as well as a commentary on modern urban America.

About the song I’m Tired:

Once a poet laureate and always a scribe, Middlepoet’s spoken words flow smoothly into the rhythms of the single “I’m Tired”, based on his poem ”Things that are getting on my nerves”. The song speaks aloud the thoughts of millions of Americans “…tired of $8.00 an hour, stuck in life’s stagnation,” and harmonizes both painful and humorous perspectives on what that entails.
